About Lean Competence

Lean Competence AG operates a curated network of senior lean and operational excellence practitioners. The Lean Competence platform helps companies brief, match, contract and pay practitioners for defined engagements.

02 · ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility

You may use this site only if you can form a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Use of the platform as a client or practitioner is subject to additional terms accepted at sign-up.

03 · ACCEPTABLE USE

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully. You will not attempt to access non-public areas, interfere with operation, scrape content for resale, or use it to send unsolicited communications.

04 · CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Content and intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, layout, design and trademarks, is owned by Lean Competence AG or its licensors. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires written permission.

05 · SUBMISSIONS

Submissions

When you submit a brief, application or other content to us, you grant Lean Competence a non-exclusive licence to use that content for the purpose of providing the service to you, subject to our privacy policy. We do not claim ownership of your submissions.

Information on this site is for general information only and is not legal, tax, financial or professional advice. Engagements delivered by Lean Competence practitioners are governed by the statement of work signed for each engagement.

07 · LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lean Competence is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim arising from the site is limited to CHF 500.

08 · GOVERNING LAW

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding conflict of laws rules. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Zurich.

Changes
